After logging into the app, I do not see drop-down options for Country, State, and Event.
This indicates that one of the Engage360 settings was changed:
- Logout of the Engage360 app, then close the app.
- Open the iOS Settings, and find the Engage360 tab along the left-side menu.
- In the Proxy Mode section, ensure the Use Event Server is set to OFF. (Grey, not green)
- Close the iOS Settings.
- Open the Engage360 app, login, and try again.
- Contact the Envisage Support Team if the problem persists.
