To solve this issue a re-install on top of the existing Engage360 app is required.
- Open Safari and naviagate to www.engage360.co/download.
- Select from the menu "Download Engage360 (iOS)".
- This automatically begins an installation process, press yes on the pop-up to allow installation.
- Open the app, log in, and sync.
- The app should now be functional again.
