There is a black screen when I start my App and it immediately returns to the home screen

To solve this issue a re-install on top of the existing Engage360 app is required. 

  1. Open Safari and naviagate to www.engage360.co/download.
  2. Select from the menu "Download Engage360 (iOS)".
  3. This automatically begins an installation process, press yes on the pop-up to allow installation.
  4. Open the app, log in, and sync.
  5. The app should now be functional again.
