My event does not appear in the Event Server's event selection drop down.

Solution #1: Ensure that you've Synced the Event Server


  1. Open the Event Server software and login using your credentials.
  2. Click the Sync button.
  3. Once the Sync is complete, ensure you have selected the correct group/brand, country and state.
  4. Attempt to find your event again.
  5. Contact the Envisage Support Team if the problem persists.
